Interface International was founded in 1992 and specializes in creative, innovative and effective tourism promotion & marketing in continental Europe. Interface International GmbH is a highly reputable company with experienced tourism professionals and excellent personal contacts among the major decision-makers (e.g. tour operators, airlines, media) on the complex European markets and beyond.
Specialized in Destination PR & Marketing, Interface International GmbH also proofed it’s competence in promoting tourism regions, international winter stations, world famous revue theaters and leisure parks.

The philosophy of Interface International GmbH is characterized by long-term partnerships based on mutual knowledge and understanding, leading to tailored strategies to the utmost benefit of our clients. Tourism must not be seen as a standalone business but is embedded in the culture, economy and society of the destination. Our goal is to boost well-balanced tourism taking into consideration each destination’s people, culture and environment.

In accomplishing this philosophy, Interface International relies on a long-standing dedicated team with a wealth of expertise backed up by a variety of language skills and backgrounds. The team operates out of a modern office with all the necessary facilities.

Travel sector

Continuous cooperation with all relevant tour operators on the European source markets is an important daily activity of Interface International GmbH.

To highlight certain destinations and target key decision-makers in the travel industry, special tourism events are held. IIG is one of the leading European companies to initiate and to organize First Class Tourism Events to create tailor made a platform to bring the trade from the destination and the European Source Markets in the mutual interest of increasing business together and to increase the awareness of the destination via

One of the most efficient marketing tools is joint ventures (TOPS) with tour operators to boost sales and reach new or specifically targeted market groups. Various activities with specialized tour operators are performed to support and promote specific market segments e.g. MICE, Golf, Diving, Cruises, Trekking, Biking, diving, etc.

Interface International represents its partners at all relevant trade shows and tourism events, often in cooperation with the private sector.

Interface International organizes and takes part in road shows, seminars and e-learning to educate travel agents in order to improve their knowledge of the destination and thus increase sales.

To strengthen product awareness and as a personal incentive to sell destinations, fam trips are organized for tour operators and travel agents.

To enhance its services, Interface International GmbH carries out comprehensive mailings, updates and sales calls to make sure the trade sector is kept abreast of the tourism news.

Interface International GmbH pays close attention to the PR needs of its partners. Online marketing (such as associate with social media platforms and travel bloggers, improve SEO results) as well as dedicated PR campaigns, conferences and events are planned and launched in line with strategic planning.

The world wide web is one of the most important tools to create a strong relationship to consumers and providing relevant information when planning their holidays. Interface International designs and creates websites and handles maintenance and updating.

To directly address consumers, Interface International takes part in consumer tourism shows on behalf of tourism boards and organizes special events, often in conjunction with tour operators and travel agencies.
